Our Run Training service is perfect for both beginner runners as well as those more advanced runners! We'll give you a plan tailored to your individual needs to help you achieve your running goals.

 

To make things even easier, we'll use an app to track your progress and you can join our group track sessions to stay motivated and on plan!

RUN training for ROAD

Whether your goal is to complete your first half marathon or to improve your 5k time, a personalised plan with regular coaching can help you achieve your goals!

Flexible, personalised approach

All training plans are personalised to your own particular needs and time availability. We make use of an app so that you can follow the trianing plan with ease.

RUN training for TRAIL

Running on trail involves a unique set of skills which you can train! Our training can help you run the distance, whether it is a short, local trail race, or a full-on ultra marathon.

STRENGTH TRAINING + RUN SESSIONS

Make use of our classes so that you become a stronger athlete!

Your instructor

The Run Training service is led by Ryan Saliba Gazzano, an experienced athlete and personal trainer.

 

He has a varied experience, being involved in triathlons, OCR's and running any distance from 5k's to half marathons and from ultra marathons to sky races!

 

Ryan is ready to work with you to support you in your goals and adventures!
