Service Description

If you're looking for a faster performance in your next running race, or else just want a quick boost to your fitness, then our running sessions are just what you need! Each running workout starts off with a warm up and a guided dynamic stretching session. We then incorporate some running drills and strides, to prime your body for the next step: the main workout. The main workout includes repetitions that are personalised to your own particular running goal. This is then followed by a group cool-down and a yoga-inspired stretching session. Most of our running workouts are done at Verdala track in Cospicua. However, we occasionally get out of the track and head to some hills, trails or simply a more scenic location!
