Service Description

This session will be an introductory mobility session where we will carry out a variety of dynamic and static exercises targeting the whole body which will leave you feeling rejuvenated and restored. This class is great for improving flexibility and mobility. The selection of poses and stretches will promote circulation and thus aid in releasing tension accumulated in the body as well as calm the mind. If required, modifications are provided to help you get the maximum benefit from each exercise.
