Our traditional ENDURE class, but with a flexible start time!
Service Description
The OPEN Class is designed for those people who finish work early and do not want to wait for the 6/7pm class. Alternatively, if you want to do your own personal workout, you can join in during OPEN Class time and all equipment will be available to you (subject to number of team members attending at that time). Think of it as an ENDURE Class with a flexible start time. Each workout is based on functional principles - making you stronger through movements that mimic everyday movements you may encounter. We start off with a warm-up and guided dynamic stretching. We can proceed to the main workout, which will always be different! You may encounter weights, high intensity, calisthenics, TABATA, and more. The session finishes with a yoga inspired cool-down. Are you a beginner? Or a seasoned athlete? Rest assured that our instructors are ready with progressions and regresions for your individual needs. Each workout is easily scaled to your skill and experience level.
